Cooling Services Performed:
- Clean outdoor condensing coils
- Check and tighten all electrical connections
- Check volt/amp/microfarad readings on electrical components in outdoor unit
- Inspect contactor for any hot spots
- Replace 1” air filters**
- Check refrigerant pressures
- Verify proper cooling operation
Heating Services Performed:
- Thorough heating inspection
- Inspection of all safety limit switches
- Check for carbon monoxide in home
- Thoroughly clean burners, pressure switch tubings/ports, flame sensors, and heat exchangers
- Replace 1” air filters**
- Verify proper heating operation
